Energy Support Service

In partnership with Birmingham Community Action Network (B:CAN), we offer funded energy advice to help households manage energy use and reduce costs — including help with suppliers and energy debt.

We also deliver the NAVCA and Cadent 'Centres for Warmth' programme through drop-in sessions, with home energy efficiency advice, Priority Services Register sign-up, benefits and debt advice and access to gas safety services.

Drop-in advice sessions

Community drop-in sessions run weekly — no appointment needed. Just call in for face-to-face guidance from our knowledgeable team.
